What we build is yours.
Mazō and the hardware it runs on belong to you, with no account with us to keep active. The care plan, which brings updates and help, comes with your first year and then renews yearly unless you cancel it; Mazō keeps working without it.

Client files stay with you.
Mazō never connects to the internet, and every machine we supply is set up to the Air-Gap level you choose. Every package runs offline on that machine.

You can check every answer.
Mazō answers with the passage it used and where it came from, so you can open the document at the page, or the recording at the second, and check.

You can see what we did.
We record every drive’s serial number when your machine is delivered. A failed drive comes back to us only after you release it, still encrypted, so we can claim the maker’s warranty.
