  • Recorded site and design meetings, transcribed, with each line playing the recording from that second
  • Plain-language search that returns the exact passage with its section and page
  • Citations to the document, section, paragraph, and page, copied with the quote
  • A drop folder that indexes each new RFI or submittal you add
  • Scanned site reports read, with their pages kept as they were filed
  • Runs offline with no telemetry, and keeps working if you stop the care plan
